**** Our indoor swimming pool of 5 x 12 metres (approx. 30° Celsius) is open from 7 am to 7 pm every day. Our "Wohlfühl" oasis is also open at this time and offers: Roman thermal spring with light/steam therapy, aroma steam bath with various scents, CAP Versum (rock grotto with relaxing entertainment), Kneipp showers, cold fog shower and classic sauna. All these facilities are at your disposal free of charge from 12 am to 7 pm. You can enjoy yourself in our fitness room on the third floor all day round.

In the water bed room "Bergkristall" with sound therapy or in the resting room with bamboo couches you can relax thoroughly. The winter garden is also for you to enjoy.

**** In addition, the "Wohlfühl" oasis offers you: Fresh water whirl baths, wave currents, water massage, infrared cabins and „Duo Fun“ private suite (steam bath, large bathtub with magnetic field therapy and heated couches)! Our solarium is on the third floor next to the fitness room. These attractions are charged separately.

**** Our masseur offers Ayurvedic oil massages, Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi massages or hot stone massages (prices between € 40.00 and € 90.00 depending on the treatment; please access our website for a description of the treatments). Please indicate your requests upon booking as otherwise it may happen that our masseur has no free time slots for you.

**** All rooms are non-smoking rooms! Smoking on the balcony is not a problem. The dining room as well as the breakfast room are non-smoking zones as well. At present smoking is still permitted by the open fireplace in the reception hall and a special section of the restaurant.

**** Room equipment: telephone, radio, TV set (twenty channels), safe, hairdryer, bathrobe (no bathrobes for children and young persons), lift in the house, partially suitable for wheelchairs; the non-smoking winter garden is ideal as a reading and day room, which has been provided with an Internet surfing station; W-LAN can be accessed in the hotel with your own laptop computer (password available from the reception).

**** Dogs used to staying in hotels are welcome mostly upon request. We charge € 10.00 per day without food and insurance. Potential damage caused by the dog will be charged. The dog is not allowed in the breakfast / dining room and in the "Wohlfühl" oasis.

**** With the „Winter Card“ you are entitled to discounts and free entries to various events in our holiday region. The public transport operating between Schoppernau and Au can also be used free with this card. The access to the 45 km of free cross-country trail is opposite the hotel! With this card, 3 to 8 year old children can visit the 300 sqm children's land at Diedamskopf mountain station free of charge.

**** In summer-season from 3 nights upward, our guests also receive the “Bregenzerwald Card”! This card will enable you to use all mountain lifts, public transport and open air baths in the Bregenzerwald region for FREE! You will also receive discounts or free entry to a whole host of additional partner-operated attractions and events. Use the summer mountain lifts in the Bregenzerwald region as often as you wish in order to enjoy our fabulous surroundings, and pay € 0.00.

**** Children: aged up to 2 are free when a children's bed is brought along (otherwise € 10.00 per day)

as from 7 and including 12 years - 20 per cent discount on package price
as from 12 and including 15 years - 10 per cent discount on package price

The children's discount applies only for overnight stay in the parent's bedroom with two adults and one to two children maximum. If the children are in a separate room, the children's discount is reduced to 10 per cent. If the room is occupied with one adult and one to three children maximum, the children's discount is reduced to 10 per cent. For children, we recommend to book a bed-and-breakfast package as the 4-course menu usually does not include the meal wanted. In the evening children can order à la carte which will be charged separately.

**** On the day of arrival the room will be ready for you as from 2:30 pm. And on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am. Upon request pick-up at the station / airport will be organised and charged separately.

**** We charge a short-stay surcharge of € 10.00 per person and night for stays of one and two nights. The  surcharge will not be charged during the in-between seasons. The in-between seasons discount will not be deducted.

**** Our kitchen team will spoil you with regional specialities, some refined according to new recipes, but true to the motto: Austrian culinary delights and classics! Many of the products used are obtained from producers in the region which we further refine. With a few international exceptions, the wine cellar holds top-class Austrian wines.

**** A reservation is final with the transfer of an advance payment of € 200.00 per room to the account No. 1007301 at Raiffeisenbank Au (BSC 37405). In order to prevent bank fees, which we would have to charge, please use the IBAN code AT903740500001007301 as well as the SWIFT code RVVGAT2B405. In case of a cancellation at short notice we shall retain the advance payment as cancellation fee.

You are welcome to access our german web site www.sporthotel-krone.at to take out a travel insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung. A reservation is also final when the insurance is taken out, and you are insured perfectly if something unforeseen happens. The Austrian Hotel Contract and Cancellation Terms shall be applicable.

The hotel invoice can be paid in cash or by EC direct debit card, VISA or MASTERCARD.
